Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Parking Event Ambassador for the RiverCentre Parking Ramp in Saint Paul, MN. This part-time role involves greeting guests, directing traffic, and performing vehicle counts to maintain safe occupancy and smooth operations.

You will ensure proper parking, assist guests, and support day-to-day ramp activities under the supervision of the Location Manager. The position requires flexibility, outdoor work, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct traffic to available parking spaces as a traffic controller.
• Perform vehicle counts to prevent overfilling the garage.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to layout and site instructions.
• Distribute parking validation instructions or signage information when applicable.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and directional signage as needed.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Monitor pedestrian crossings for safe vehicle-pedestrian interaction.
• Assist guests who forgot where they parked.
• Pick up litter and debris that could damage vehicles or create hazards.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (rain prep, heat precautions, storm readiness).
• Use respectful communication and relay information to managers as needed.
• Report accidents or safety concerns immediately to supervisors.
