Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Event Attendant (Part Time) in Saint Paul, MN. The role involves greeting guests, directing traffic, issuing tickets, and performing car counts to manage lot capacity. Shifts vary and pay is hourly.

The attendant supports day-to-day parking operations and maintains safety and cleanliness across the site. Ideal candidates have strong customer service and clear communication skills, with flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to verbally communicate with guests.
• Previous customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct guests to available parking spaces as traffic controller.
• Perform vehicle counts to avoid overfilling the lot.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and instructions.
• Distribute parking instructions or signage as needed.
• Adjust cones, barriers, and signage as required.
• Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed.
• Monitor pedestrian crossings for safe interactions.
• Assist guests who forgot where they parked.
• Pick up litter and debris to keep the area safe.
• Assist with seasonal tasks (rain prep, heat precautions, storm readiness).
• Communicate with Operations Manager or Shift Lead about questions or issues.
