Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Must successfully pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Direct guests to available parking spaces as traffic controller.
• Perform vehicle counts to ensure garage capacity.
• Ensure vehicles are parked according to lot layout and site instructions.
• Provide assistance to guests and relay information to Managers as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards and incidents immediately.
• Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
