Job summary

Towne in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to patrol lots, issue citations, maintain equipment, and deliver friendly customer service. You will handle cashiering, reporting, and daily operations across multiple sites.

Requires high school diploma, 18+, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds; weekend availability; training provided. This role is outdoors, in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, parkers, coworkers, and clients.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Enforce lots by issuing citations per guidelines for unpaid or time-expired parkers.
• Manage lot signage: take down, repair, and install signs.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and perform general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot parking meters/equipment as needed.
• Prepare reports and file paperwork regarding violations and citations.
• Ensure compliance with laws.
