Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driving License with good driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participating).

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned areas using a company vehicle to observe parking violations.
• Enforce parking regulations by issuing warnings or citations and arranging towing when needed.
• Identify violations (expired meters, unauthorized parking, improper use of spaces, safety hazards).
• Record citation data precisely (time, date, location, vehicle details).
• Maintain enforcement logs and inspect meters, gates, and equipment for malfunctions.
