Reimagined Parking is seeking a Parking Enforcement Officer in the Houston area, stationed at the University of Houston. The role pays $15 per hour with day shifts that vary from early morning to late evening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with Windows PCs and MS Office (Word/Excel/Access/Outlook).
• Comfortable using devices running Android and Apple OS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean MVR (driving record).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service experiences, especially in difficult situations.
• Remain calm and professional with challenging customers.
• Utilize License Plate Recognition (LPR) system to monitor compliance with parking policy.
• Issue fee notices to vehicles not in compliance with parking policy.
• Enforce time limits using the LPR system in posted areas.
• Maintain the appearance of the LPR vehicle to project a professional image.
• Follow up with management on any potential customer service issues.
• Assist merchants with parking validation system issues.
• Assist customers with proper use of pay stations and perform minor maintenance as needed.
