• Operate handheld devices or mobile systems for ticketing and reporting.
• Respond to complaints or reports of parking violations.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to the public regarding parking regulations and directions.
• Assist with traffic control and special event parking, as needed.
• Assist guests and staff members with parking registration when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

The Parking Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcing parking regulations to ensure public safety, traffic flow, and equitable access to parking resources. This role involves patrolling assigned areas, issuing citations for parking violations, and providing information to the public regarding parking rules and regulations.

Come work and play at Seattle’s home mountain, the Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is a lot to do all year long.

Responsibilities

• Report malfunctioning parking meters, signage issues, or hazardous conditions to appropriate departments.

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor compliance with parking regulations.

Wage and Benefit Info

• The wage range for this positions is: from $21.50-$22.50/hr
• This is a non-benefited role.
• All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
• All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
