Job summary

LAZ Parking in Boston is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist in lobbies, lanes, and the parking office, and maintain a friendly, helpful atmosphere across the facility.

You will handle data entry in the parking revenue control system, assist with cashiering, and support general maintenance while delivering premier customer service with a can-do attitude and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience is required.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling preferred.
• Parking industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers by name and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Assist customers in lobbies, lanes, and parking office; help direct traffic.
• Maintain premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Enter data in the parking revenue control system and process accounts.
• Assist with cashiering functions as needed.
• Support general maintenance and equipment as needed.
