Job summary

SP+ is hiring a part‑time Customer Service Representative for Riverbend Garage in San Antonio, TX. You will assist customers, process payments on fully automated systems, and keep the facility clean and orderly. The role emphasizes courteous service, accurate cash handling, and seamless guest experiences.

Shifts are Wednesday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and Thursday–Saturday 4:00 PM–12:00 AM. A High School Diploma and comfort with English are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service and guest relations experience preferred.
• Ability to handle payments accurately and politely.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to adapt to shifting schedules and locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a seamless parking experience and smooth traffic flow.
• Assist customers in making payments to automated revenue control equipment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional conduct at all times.
• Help manage day-to-day activities at the Riverbend Garage location.
• Monitor parkers in pay-in lanes and assist as needed.
• Provide directions and respond to customer questions to help them reach their destination quickly.
