Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Must successfully pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify may apply)

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming and professional experience to all customers and visitors
• Greet and assist patrons with directions, payments, and inquiries
• Monitor parking areas for policy compliance
• Issue citations or warnings per policy
• Respond promptly to customer concerns or service requests
• Assist with traffic flow during peak hours or events
• Perform basic facility checks (signage, cleanliness, equipment)
• Report hazards or maintenance needs to management
• Use parking systems or handheld devices as required
• Maintain a clean, safe parking environment
• Represent the organization professionally at all times
