Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant at UK Healthcare (110 Transcript Ave., Lexington, KY). The role requires courteous service, prompt responses, and teamwork with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisor to ensure safe parking and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handing keys, issuing tickets, safely parking and retrieving cars, and documenting any damage.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests effectively.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring coordination (eye-hand, hand-foot).
• Previous valet experience preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter customer information.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and accurately, track location and review for damage.
• Document any pre-existing vehicle damage using electronic or manual systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist guests with directions or questions.
• Act as brand ambassador, open vehicle doors and help with loading/unloading items.
• Maintain vehicle safety by directing traffic and monitoring areas, arrange towing when needed.
