Reimagined Parking in Lexington, KY is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant to provide high‑quality guest services at UK Healthcare facilities. You will park and retrieve vehicles safely, greet guests, manage tickets, and assist with loading and unloading items as needed.

The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. This is a full‑time, non‑tipped position with a competitive hourly rate of $15.50.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Successful background check per policy and applicable laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify participation as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and log details electronically.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely with accurate location tracking.
• Inspect vehicles for pre‑existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Act as brand ambassador, assist with loading/unloading items.
• Ensure safety by directing traffic and monitoring drive areas.
