Job summary

SP+ Corporation in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Parking Attendant to help keep lots orderly, guide drivers, monitor safety, and ensure a clean, presentable lot. Basic duties include directing customers, counting vehicles, issuing warnings, and assisting guests who forgot where they parked.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to work multiple shifts including weekends, and a neat appearance. You will stand walk and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while supporting the Facility

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
• License: valid state-issued driver’s license with address and acceptable driving record if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability to work: 2nd/3rd shift and weekends may be required.
• Language skills: read, write simple correspondence and present information in one-on-one situations.

Responsibilities

• Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces.
• Count vehicles on location throughout shift; needed.
• Write and issue violation warnings to tenants/visitors violating policies.
• Patrol parking levels on foot or in motor carts.
• Assist customers who forgot where they parked.
