Responsibilities

At this location, employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to valid medical or religious accommodations.

Duties

  • Provide quality customer service, receive payment for parking, and facilitate traffic flow through the gate.
  • Be punctual, in uniform, and present for all scheduled shifts.
  • Count the revenue bank at the start of each shift.
  • Handle cash and validations securely, make change, and issue receipts/tickets.
  • Calculate bills and process transactions accurately.
  • Quote prices, give directions, and handle lost ticket forms.
  • Resolve customer complaints independently or with supervisor assistance.
  • Answer calls courteously, maintain cleanliness, and monitor supplies.
  • Verify transaction logs, compile revenue, and prepare shift reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19, unless accommodations apply.

Education and Experience: Less than high school or up to one month of related experience or training.

Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.

License: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Skills: Basic math, reading comprehension, communication, reasoning, and customer service skills. Ability to use timekeeping devices, calculators, or credit card machines.

Physical Demands: Mostly sitting, with occasional walking and handling objects. Vision requirements include close vision.

Wage & Benefits: $16.50/hour plus tips. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and more.
