Join to apply for the Parking Attendants Needed role at Preferred Parking.

Local parking company is seeking full-time parking operations specialists to enforce parking regulations in our lots and garages.

This position is 2nd shift, and weekends are required. Your days off will be during the week. You must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation, as you will use your own car for work and be reimbursed mileage monthly. Proof of current registration and insurance is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and send emails on a company-issued smartphone. Microsoft knowledge is helpful but not required.
• Patrol parking areas to enforce rules, write violations, wheel lock cars, and call tow services.
• Drive your own vehicle for work, with monthly gas mileage reimbursement.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions; outdoor experience is helpful.
• Work cooperatively with a supervisor or independently without supervision.
• Training provided for small repairs, such as damaged parking gates.
• Provide excellent customer service by giving directions and instructing customers on equipment use.

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation to drive to work.

Applicants must pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.
