What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests as they arrive and depart, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Provide claim checks and instructions for reclaiming vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and note this on valet tickets.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas.
• Promote courteous and professional interactions with guests to resolve any service issues.
• Handle cash accurately, including accepting payments, making change, and following credit card processing procedures.
• Follow all departmental policies to ensure secure and efficient operations.
• Assist with other tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations.
