Job summary
Crystal Mountain Resort in WA is seeking a Loader Operator to maintain parking areas and roads, assess road conditions, and make maintenance decisions based on weather. You will operate medium to heavy equipment and ensure safe parking for staff and guests, with emphasis on attention to detail.
Essential duties include clearing lots, keeping them clean and safe, and operating vehicles and equipment. A valid driver's license and basic hydraulic knowledge are required.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18.
- Basic knowledge of equipment operation.
- Experience operating medium to large size equipment preferred.
- Must have a valid driver license.
Responsibilities
- Clear all lots (A, B, C, D, E, f, G, & H) and fire lane.
- Maintain all lots so employees and customers can park safely.
- Operate Crystal Mountain vehicles and equipment, including heavy equipment in safe and efficient manner.

Wage Range: $24.00 - 25.00 hour DOE

- The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects tools or controls. Must be capable of frequent wrist, elbow andshould twistingand pulling movements.
- Must be capable of occasionally lifting and pushing or pulling up to 50lbs.,and frequently lifting,pushing,or pulling, and carrying up to 40lbs.
- Must be capable of climbing movements, walking on uneven terrain, and walking on snow and ice, and operating snow vehicles. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions and the ability to adjust focus.
- Indoor / Outdoor : While performing the duties of this job, the employeewill occasionallybe exposed to outside weather conditions.The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and in precarious places.
Equipment Used in Job: Various - Variable schedule including on-call, after business hours, and weekends.
