Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is hiring a supervisor (non-driving) for the SmartPark operation in downtown Portland. You will help manage day-to-day parking activities, ensure contractual compliance, and project a professional image while delivering excellent client service.

Hours vary across days, evenings and weekends, with a pay rate of $23.00 per hour. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; or related experience.
• Clear verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license if driving duties may occur.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of the Portland location.
• Support parking operations within contractual guidelines.
• Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment.
• Provide courteous customer service to patrons.
• Report incidents and safety concerns to the Facility Manager.
• Cover shifts as needed.
