June Mountain Ski Area in June Lake, California, is seeking a seasonal Parking Lot Attendant. You will help guests with parking, direct traffic, and assist with unloading and loading ski equipment while enjoying a free season pass and other Alterra Resort perks.

The role requires guest service experience, excellent verbal communication, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is a high-visibility position with a dynamic team in a mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience required.
• Excellent verbal communication and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests with parking, traffic direction and setting up the June Mountain parking lot.
• Direct guests to parking availability and manage vehicle flow.
• Assist with unloading/loading ski equipment and with jump starting/shoveling as needed.
• Create positive first and last impressions as a park attendant.

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $21.47

A Little About This Position

• Assists guests with parking, traffic direction and the set up of the June Mountain parking lot.
• Direct guests to appropriate parking availability.
• Direct vehicle traffic flow.
• Assist with traffic flow and cross walks.
• Assist guests with unloading and loading of ski equipment.
• Assist guests with jump starting and/or shoveling.
• As our ambassadors, attendants in our Parking Lot create favorable and lasting First Impressions as well as Last Impressions!

Requirements

• Must have fewer than 4 points on DMV record.
• Guest service experience required.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to perform cheerfully outdoors in all weather conditions.
• This is a HIGH visibility position, requiring a confident and outgoing individual with outstanding verbal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
