Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a part-time seasonal Parking Attendant to organize and manage guest parking, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures at the resort.

Responsibilities include directing traffic, maintaining signage and safety barriers, and assisting guests with shuttles. The role requires comfortable work in cold conditions and strong communication with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• Must be 14+ years of age.
• Must be willing to work in cold climates.

• Maintain appropriate signage, directional aids, barricades, cones, etc.
• Assist with traffic control as guests enter and exit parking lots.
• Direct traffic into designated parking spaces.
• Greet and assist guests while parking, boarding, and exiting shuttles.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Position Summary

Parking Attendants are responsible for organizing parking lots and controlling how and where guests park as they arrive and leave the resort. This is a part-time seasonal position, paid at $20.00/hr. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.
