Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking individuals to help direct buses and control parking lots for skiers and guests. You will work behind the scenes with guests to ensure safety and a quality experience.

Roles include traffic direction, safe vehicle operation, and assisting in clearing snow in outdoor alpine conditions. Flexible scheduling, with extended hours in winter, and opportunities within a long-standing hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Able to work extended hours outdoors in an alpine environment.
• Able and willing to work at least 4 days/week.
• Able to lift & carry up to 75 lbs.
• Basic hand tool knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic according to the direction of the Mountain Manager.
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assist in clearing/shoveling the parking areas and common areas of natural snow.
• Other duties as assigned.
