Cleburne Independent School District is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant at Cleburne High School to support student safety and campus security. This 12-month, nonexempt position reports to the Campus Principal in the Maintenance department.
Responsibilities include parking permit checks, patrolling the lot, directing traffic, assisting visitors, and maintaining order during school days and events. Requires a high school diploma or GED and willingness to work overtime.

Primary Purpose:
Provide for the safety of the students, faculty, and staff and assist in implementing procedures that will ensure the protection of the campus personnel and property.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrate interest in and aptitude for work to be performed
Desire and ability to work with students, parent, faculty, and staff
Willingness to work occasional overtime

Equipment Used:
Ability to use security equipment and drive a golf cart.
Working Conditions:
Mental Demands: Reading; ability to perform basic arithmetic; ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control under stress.
Physical Demands:Strenuous walking, standing, and/or climbing; ability to assist in controlling sudden violent or extreme physical acts of others and exhibit rapid mental and muscular coordination simultaneously. May be subjected to adverse and hazardous working conditions. Work outdoors in varying climate conditions.
