Job summary

LAZ Parking in Berkeley is seeking a Parking Ambassador to provide customer service and enforce parking guidelines at Center Street Berkeley. You will greet guests, assist with parking needs, and support garage operations.

Pay rate is $23.51 per hour, with work hours Mon through Sun from 4 PM to 1 AM. Responsibilities include screening for placards, resolving complaints, performing light maintenance, and supporting special assignments.

**The Details**

Title: Parking Ambassador

Pay Rate: $23.51

Location: Center Street Berkeley, CA

Hours: Mon - Sun availability from 4PM -1AM

The Spirit of the Position:

The Parking Ambassador provides operational support by upholding and enforcing the parking guidelines while assisting customers with parking needs. The Parking Ambassador will greet and assist customers throughout the parking garage.

Responsibilities:

• - Screen for parking placards and permits for special privileges within approved areas.
• - Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedure
• - Oversee general maintenance of the garage, sweeping, wiping down surfaces and equipment, emptying trash, picking up trash, etc.
• - Maintain and care for all company issued equipment.
• - Assist with any special assignments and projects as requested.
• - Other related duties as assigned.
