Job summary

Interstate Parking is seeking a Part-Time Parking Ambassador in New Braunfels, TX. You will patrol ParkNBTX zones, enforce rules, assist residents and visitors, and help keep parking areas clean while supporting events and community engagements.

Ideal candidates are reliable with strong communication and time management skills, and comfortable working outdoors. Evening and weekend availability is required. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Minimum age of 18 (insurance requirement for driving).
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, including issuing citations when necessary.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks like litter removal.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
• Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.

We are looking for hardworking team members with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this part-time role, you'll be an important part of our parking operations team, serving the River and Downtown Zones in beautiful New Braunfels, TX.
