Responsibilities

• Answers inbound telephone calls and provides routine information.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to resolve inquiries.
• Researches answers using databases and search engines.
• Makes outbound calls, emails and postings to follow up.
• Welcomes on-site visitors and guides them with directions.
• Maintains visitor contact logs and reports for tracking.
• Resolves routine visitor complaints by applying policies.
• Ensures cleanliness and order of public areas and reception.
• Arranges reservations and processes shelter and camping permits.
• Provides general administrative support at the park location.
