Job Title: Park Services Attendant II

Department: Aquatics

Reports to: Aquatic Management

The Park Services Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire waterpark including all tables, cabanas, pools, bathrooms, grounds, and structures.

How I can Create Guests for Life:

• Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment.
• General cleanliness maintenance of the waterpark during operations and non-operations.
• Empty trash as required.
• Sweep and mop the waterpark and public restrooms.
• Clear debris and dust the public areas.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests.
• Respond to guest questions. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.
• Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and crew members’ safety in fire or other emergency situations.
