Qualifications

• OPOTA Basic Police Academy certification required; CPR/First Aid certification recommended; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of park and lake guests through patrol and enforcement activities.
• Provide public relations and education to MWCD guests and assist with campground operations.
• Enforce Ohio Revised Code, safe boating laws, MWCD rules, and campground guidelines.
• Maintain ranger logs, perform vehicle/equipment checks, and manage supplies.
• Assist guests with campsite searches, reservations, and camp lot checks.
