Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors at SeaWorld Orlando. You will support park operations by cleaning, handling waste, and operating refuse equipment while maintaining guest areas in top condition.

The role requires 18+ years old, ability to work overnight shifts, a valid driver’s license, and forklift experience. Certification helps, training will be provided, and you’ll enjoy a fun, fast‑paced team environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years old and not in high school.
  • Able to work overnight shifts 3:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Certification is a plus but not required.
  • Must be able to pass forklift training.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently model professional and leadership behavior per policies.
  • Transport and dispose of waste and recyclables safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness by servicing trash receptacles and keeping guest areas presentable.
  • Operate refuse equipment and vehicles safely.
  • Monitor waste levels to prevent overflow and keep park appearance.

  • Consistently model appropriate professional and leadership behavior adhering to all company and department policies and procedures
  • Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials throughout the park in a safe and efficient manner
  • Maintain cleanliness standards by servicing trash receptacles and ensuring guest areas remain presentable at all times
  • Operate refuse equipment and vehicles in accordance with safety guidelines and operational procedures
  • Monitor waste levels and proactively respond to high-volume areas to prevent overflow and maintain park appearance
  • Support overall park operations by assisting with cleanliness-related requests and special projects as needed
  • Must be comfortable operating heavy equipment in a safe and controlled manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department in addition to maintaining normal operations responsibilities
What it takes to succeed:
  • 18 + years old, not in high school.
  • Available to work overnight shifts between the hours of 3:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Required forklift experience.
  • Valid certification a plus but not needed.
  • Need to be able to pass forklift training.

  • Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
  • Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include working primarily overnight shifts, as well as weekends and holidays
