Responsibilities

• Assists in developing, conducting, and promoting recreation programs (arts, crafts, nature education, theatre, music, sports, holidays).
• Assists in observing activities and ensuring park safety rules are followed.
• Assists in maintaining a safe, clean park environment.
• Sets up recreation areas and fields for events.
• Records attendance and informs participants of schedules and registration dates.
• Decorates rooms and creates displays to promote park programs.
• Gives tours of parks and nature centers by reservation or appointment.
