Qualifications

  • Health and physical condition standards are required to perform essential duties.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review permit applications for adequacy and conformance to rules and regulations.
  • Explain park ordinances and policies to applicants; advise on suitable sites and deposits.
  • Schedule facility uses, take reservations, and answer inquiries by phone.
  • Assist supervisor with coordinating programs and events to prevent conflicts.
  • Compute and collect fees, prepare receipts, and handle deposits and financial reporting.
  • Maintain district records and prepare statistical reports as required.
