Responsibilities

• Receives and confirms room reservations via telephone and manages front desk operations.
• Mails room confirmations and deposits to guests.
• Greets and registers guests, assigns rooms, and ensures smooth check-in.
• Responds to inquiries and provides information on hotel services and local attractions.
• Maintains guest accounts and posts charges.
• Balances cash register and reconciles discrepancies.
• Compiles daily activity and transaction reports.
• May manage merchandise, supplies, and supervision of staff.
