Job summary

Get Air Waterloo is hiring a General Park Manager to lead daily operations at the Waterloo trampoline park. You will supervise a team, hire and train staff, and drive profitability by meeting KPIs while maintaining a safe, fun environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management experience, strong decision making and communication skills, and the stamina to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Expect base pay plus tips and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Stand and walk for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong decision making and communication skills.
• Experience in leading a team and managing park operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee park operations; manage, hire, and train employees.
• Meet/exceed KPIs to increase park profitability.
• Clean and maintain equipment and the building.
• Handle customer service issues and vendor orders.
• Market the business to the community.
