Job summary

Get Air Akron seeks a General Park Manager to lead daily park operations in a fast‑paced trampoline park environment. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, drive KPI performance, and ensure a safe, fun guest experience while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management experience, and must be able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. Base salary is $70k–$80k with tips and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all park operations and guest experience.
