Job summary

Responsibilities include carpentry, equipment operation, concrete and plumbing tasks, electrical work, and grounds maintenance.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 or four years in building and plant maintenance across trades.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Construct projects, repair structures, and perform woodwork using hand and power tools.
• Operate park vehicles, heavy machinery, mowing equipment, and landscaping tools.
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete for foundations and repairs.
• Install and repair water lines, fixtures, and drains.
• Replace wiring and electrical components in buildings and campground areas.
• Maintain turf, trails, plantings, and remove hazardous trees and invasive plants.
