Job summary

Roaring River State Park is seeking a facility maintenance technician to perform a variety of upkeep tasks across lodging, retail stores, restaurants and employee housing. You will help with landscaping, waste management, and stocking supplies while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing minor plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other systems, performing preventative maintenance, organizing service requests, and ensuring grounds and restrooms are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of facility maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of safe work practices (OSHA).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair minor problems in facilities including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Organize and prioritize service requests.
• Keep grounds neat and maintained with mowers and trimmers.
• Maintain sanitation and stocking of restrooms.
• Log repairs and report to supervisor.
• Follow safety and company guidelines.
