Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee inmate work release program. Ensure compliance with WRDCC rules.
• Attend Offender Supervisor training and maintain WRDCC status.
• Oversee crew of inmate workers for park maintenance.
• Discuss daily assignments with Senior Work Leader.
• Allocate equipment and manage transportation for crews.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies/equipment as needed.
• Provide work-method and safety instructions to crew.
• Assist in carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry and related maintenance.
