Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive role model and leader for team members.
• Assist with pre-shift standup meetings and communicate daily information.
• Assist with training and coaching on department procedures and guest service.
• Help trainers and new team members develop required skills.
• Monitor performance and communicate concerns or successes to management.
• Maintain park cleanliness and delegate tasks.
• Resolve guest and team member questions or concerns or elevate as needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general department operations.
• Support events and busy periods as directed by management.
• Work with team members on breaks and coverage.
