Job summary

Planate Management Group is looking for an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to support housing at Great Sand Dunes National Park. The role requires a solid background in construction management, especially residential or commercial projects, as well as experience with tenant relocation planning.

Successful candidates will have at least 15 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field. Full-time benefits include medical, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in construction management, with 10 years specifically on residential or commercial projects.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.
• Experience with housing/residential construction and tenant relocation.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply the Construction Contract, Plans, and Specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Review and understand detailed cost estimates.
