Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the Great Sand Dunes National Park, ensuring essential accommodations for staff. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of experience and strong knowledge of construction practices and regulations.

You will be responsible for managing housing infrastructure projects and facilitating communication among project stakeholders. The role offers competitive benefits including medical insurance and a 401K plan upon hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction or construction management.
• At least 10 years on residential or commercial construction projects.
• Experience with housing and tenant relocation projects.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply the Construction Contract and Specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Perform duties on construction projects of similar scope.
• Document inspections and scope changes required by the National Park Service.
• Utilize PCs and mobile devices for daily tasks in construction.
