Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Preserve. This role requires a minimum of 15 years in construction management, with substantial experience in residential construction. Responsibilities include contract interpretation, stakeholder communication, and project inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with 10 years in residential/commercial projects.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training is required.
• Experience working with Federal Government Project Managers/CORs.

Responsibilities

• Read and apply Construction Contracts and Plans.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Perform pre-construction and inspection documentation.
