Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled Construction Manager (CM) to support the Great Sand Dunes National Park in Colorado. This role entails managing critical employee housing projects crucial for operational efficacy.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a Bachelor's degree in construction management and significant experience in residential or commercial projects. Benefits include extensive health insurance and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years in construction or construction management.
• 10 years on residential or commercial projects of similar scope.
• Experience with housing/residential construction and tenant relocation.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour safety training.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret construction contracts, plans, and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
• Perform duties on projects similar in scope and magnitude.
• Review and understand detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Document scope changes as required by National Park Service.
• Utilize PCs and mobile devices for daily tasks.
