Qualifications

• No experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial duties necessary to maintain clean and sanitary conditions of the park.
• Clean site's grounds - collect litter, debris, and trash.
• Mowing with zero turn mowers.
• Blowing sidewalks and walkways with hand held and backpack blowers.
• Provides a high level of customer service.
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools: high pressure washers, vacuums, brooms, and mops for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, furniture, etc.
• Assists other personnel in the completion of their work for the purpose of support and to supplement in times of staff shortage.
• Assists in collection of appropriate fees from site visitors.
