Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mow and weed-eat park areas on a regular basis.
• Perform maintenance and repair tasks including carpentry, plumbing, and concrete/masonry work.
• Operate all related equipment and tools.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
• Ensure that the park is free of trash.
• Maintain restrooms.
• Learn and operate a trash compactor truck.
• Perform landscape duties including planting flowers, weeding, mulching, and tree care.
• Regular attendance and timeliness are required.
