Get Air Trampoline Park in Palm Desert is seeking an Assistant General Park Manager to join our busy, fun-focused team. You will assist in park operations, train staff, and strive to hit KPIs that boost profitability while ensuring safety and a great guest experience.

The ideal candidate has supervisory or management experience and strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has one or more years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong decision making and conflict management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all park operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist in managing and training employees and schedules.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators to increase park profitability.
• Clean and maintain equipment and the building; conduct inventory control.
• Handle customer service issues and market the business to the community.
• Help control park expenses and support growth opportunities within the park and company.
