Job summary

The City of Murfreesboro is seeking a Facility Attendant to support the operation of parks and facilities. You will greet patrons, assist with needs, monitor areas, process admissions, registrations, and sales, and keep accurate records.

CPR/AED response and safety enforcement are part of the role. Responsibilities include cash handling, equipment cleaning, and providing friendly customer service to ensure a positive user experience at the facility.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively in spoken and written English to ensure safe operations.
• Greets customers and assists with their needs.
• Oversees attendance and records in multiple facility areas (gym, lobby, weight room, pool, etc.).
• Collects monies, issues receipts, and operates the cash drawer.
• Operates a computer and facility management software for admissions and registrations.
• Maintains records of inventory, maintenance, class registrations, and accidents.
• Monitors and enforces facility rules and safety regulations.
• Administers CPR/AED as needed and renders assistance.
• Cleans equipment and facility work areas.

Responsibilities
