Responsibilities

• Communicate with patrons to ensure safe, enjoyable experiences.
• Instruct and plan specialty programs aligned with the assigned area.
• Monitor facility and participants; maintain clean, orderly spaces.
• Process registrations and fees using facility software; balance cash drawers.
• Keep accurate records and reports; manage schedules and calendars.
• Provide CPR/AED assistance as needed and order supplies.
• Plan events and activities; adapt programs for safety and accessibility.
• Support safety procedures and enforce rules within the assigned area.
