Job summary

Responsibilities include enforcing rules, greeting guests, operating management software, balancing cash, and guiding staff with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Three months of experience as a facility attendant or similar customer service role.
• Must possess current CPR/AED certification or acquire within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in English to ensure safe operations.
• Greet customers and provide information on activities and department details.
• Oversee and monitor assigned facility for safety and welfare of staff and participants.
• Enforce rules and respond to participant concerns; maintain facility cleanliness and order.
• Coordinate with maintenance or contractors for repairs and upkeep.
• Operate facility management software; process admissions; balance cash drawer; prepare deposits.
• Manage reservations and maintain schedules and calendars.
• Record-keeping of inventories, registrations, incidents, and related items.
• Open/close facility and ensure security after hours.
