Qualifications

• Requires education and experience equivalent to high school graduation.
• Two years maintenance or farming experience preferably associated with building trades and/or heavy equipment operation.
• Preferred knowledge of tools and equipment used in the trades and/or operation of heavy equipment or farm machinery.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and pour/finish concrete for sidewalks, foundations and pads.
• Perform routine repairs and maintenance to drinking fountains, hydrants, faucets, and plumbing fixtures.
• Carry out minor electrical/heating repairs and building repairs including roofing.
• Perform carpentry, signage work and maintenance of site amenities.
• Assist in operation and maintenance of wells and water treatment equipment.
