Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is hiring an EHS Ambassador in San Diego to support environmental health and safety programs across the park. You will perform regulatory inspections, collect samples, and enter data using Excel, while helping develop EHS projects and training staff.

The role requires a 2+ year EHS background, OSHA experience, and a California driver’s license. Candidates must be flexible for varied shifts in a dynamic theme park environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Theme park experience preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license; must provide DMV report.
• Prior experience with OSHA programs.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory inspections of the hazardous waste facility and related sites.
• Complete regulatory monthly sampling and reporting.
• Enter environmental data into MS Excel and other software.
• Conduct Park environmental training and assist with EHS projects.
• Participate in EHS inspections park-wide to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure completion.
• Attend EHS meetings and maintain site operations.
• Maintain the hazardous waste facility and satellite accumulation sites.
