Job summary

Sesame Place, part of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, is hiring Ambassadors to support guest safety and park operations. The role focuses on investigating incidents, entering data, and assisting with safety inspections while maintaining a high-energy, guest-friendly environment.

Qualifying candidates bring a high school diploma, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information. Flexibility to work opening, mid, and closing shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 days of unrestricted availability including weekends/holidays/evenings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Certified or able to become certified in Safety department training programs (Intelex).
• Strong analytical aptitude and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete guest accident investigations and determine root cause.
• Update accident database within required timelines.
• Attend safety meetings as required.
• Conduct and assist with EHS inspections to ensure policy compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
